Returns & Refunds
All products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Wrong size or color chosen

Customer mistakes (incorrect address, etc.)
Please review product details and size guides carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped automatically.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.
Lost Shipments
If your package does not arrive, contact us.
We will verify the shipment with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Because all items are printed on demand, we cannot offer exchanges for size or color.
Please refer to the Size Guide before placing your order.
Incorrect Address
If the shipping address you entered was incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for:

Reshipping fees

Additional production fees (if needed)
Orders that fail to deliver due to address errors cannot be refunded.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may incur customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on local regulations.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank or card statement.
